Online Consultations – Easy, Convenient, Safe
Chantry Health offer Online Consultations for Homeopathy, Menopause Support, NLP & Coaching, for those who unable to reach the clinic, or those who live further afield. Online Consultation by Video call means we can see each other to speak, making the experience an easy way to interact much the same as an in-person appointment, and all from the comfort of your own home. This method has become increasingly popular due to Covid-19, offering a safe and convenient way for both existing clients to keep-up with their treatments, and new clients to be able to make use of my services.
Both Skype and Zoom are the most widely used applications, and both are free to download and these kinds of calls are free of charge. See the Skype and Zoom websites for more information and to download.

- Consultations are in English only and I work with adults 18 years and older.

How to Book Online Consultations Chantry Health
New Clients – Most people book a free 15 minute call to discuss their situation with me. We can then determine how my work might be helpful for you and schedule our first full appointment. Contact via the Contact Form and we can arrange a time to speak.
Existing Clients – Usually we will have arranged your next appointment during your last call, but if this is not the case, you can contact me via the Contact Form.
Online Consultation Fees
Depending upon the approach you would like to take, we can schedule appointments of 1 hour (£55) or 1.5 hours (£85). A limited number of concessionary rate places and flexible fee packages are available within my practice – details available upon request.
Fees are payable in advance and do not include any homeopathic remedies prescribed during the consultation.
How to Make a Payment for Online Consultations
Online consultation and phone appointments are payable in advance – usually at the time of booking. Once we have arranged your appointment, I will provide you with an invoice which is payable upon receipt. Payment should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Rearranging or Cancelling Online Consultations
I understand that it is sometimes necessary to rearrange appointments. Please try to give as much notice as is possible if you need to reschedule. If you are able to give sufficient notice, we can rearrange your appointment for a suitable time, or alternatively. I will be able credit your consultation payment to another date. Missed appointments will be charged for in full, and if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation.
Keeping in Touch Between Online Consultations
If you would like to discuss your progress, or have any queries, I am available via email or phone. I do not recommend stopping or changing any prescribed medication without seeking your GP’s advice.
