Please read the following Terms and Conditions and information on making appointments, clinic and booking information, etc.

Making Appointments

Please contact me by phone or email for enquiries and appointments. For new patients we will then usually speak and see if you would like to book the full initial appointment or the free of charge (no obligation) initial 15 minute mini-appointment, by phone or face to face. You can ask any questions you may have and see if I am the right practitioner for you. We can then book a full appointment if you would like to proceed. I will usually email you with full directions for each clinic and other helpful information once we have confirmed the initial appointment.

Follow up appointments are often booked at the end of each session where this is helpful. Otherwise you can contact me by phone or email to arrange a suitable date.

I offer daytime and evening appointments at the two clinics. Where suitable I also offer consultations via phone or Skype.

Whilst I understand that it is sometimes necessary to rearrange appointments I would ask that you try to avoid this and give as much notice as is possible if we need to reschedule.  Missed appointments will be charged for if less than 24 hours notice is given.

First Appointment

Homeopathy: If before we meet you can make a list of any major life events, illnesses and operations you may have had, and supplements or medication, this will give us more time to focus on current concerns.

Hypnotherapy, NLP & Coaching: Please can you complete and return the initial questionnaire prior to our first appointment.

All information is confidential within the parameters of UK law.

Medication

Their method of preparation means that homeopathic remedies are safe to take alongside pharmaceutical drugs. Always consult with your GP and homeopath before changing or discontinuing prescribed medication, or if you experience unexpected or serious symptoms. If at any stage you would like to discuss your progress, or have any queries, please contact me to arrange to speak or make an appointment.

Appointment Fees & Payment

Information about Fees can be found on each of the therapy pages throughout the website. A limited number of concessionary rate places and flexible fee packages are available, please contact me if you would like to discuss this.

I do not have the facilities to accept payment by cards, and so consultations can be paid for by cash or cheque at the end of each appointment.

Practice Contact Information

My practice hours for phone contact are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. If you phone and leave a message between these times, I will call you back as soon as I can during the working week. I aim to respond to phone and email enquiries within 24 hours during the working week.

If you are a homeopathy patient and need urgent homeopathic advice out of hours, you can contact the Homeopathic Helpline for advice. Their number is 09065 343404 and they are available from 9am until midnight every day. Calls cost around £1.50 per minute, so I recommend having all of your information to hand.

Workshop Bookings & Refunds

Bookings: Please contact me directly so that I can send you the correct booking form and confirm payment arrangements. I will then also email with full joining details – thank you.

Refund Policy: for cancellation up to 10 weeks before the workshop date a full refund will be given, between 10 and 4 weeks before the workshop 80% will be refunded. After 4 weeks before the workshop date, no refund can be given.
