I draw on my range of therapies and experience to offer women information and support at Menopause. Considering the different options and a more natural approach at both clinics or via Skype.
Why Consider Your Options at Menopause?
During my training to become a homeopath, I developed a particular interest in women’s health and the different options they are presented with, especially at menopause – a time of potentially great upheaval and change.
Although a natural and important life stage for women, this time in our lives can bring with it a range of troublesome and difficult symptoms. It can also prove to be a challenging time emotionally, often compounded by and resulting in other changes at work and at home.
Many women have been given the impression that it is a question of either taking HRT (hormone replacement therapy) or suffering and I believe that this simply isn’t the case – there are many avenues and approaches that women can explore. You can visit my Blog page for HRT – the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea for further information on HRT and why you might want to consider your options.
I have written a number of blogs on Menopause and taking a more natural approach to the physical and emotional journey at this time in women’s lives. You can find these in the Menopause Blog Archives and please do contact me with any queries.
Menopause Handbook: Menopause, A Heroine’s Journey
My handbook ‘Menopause: A Heroine’s Journey, Powerful Help for Women’ is written for anyone with an interest in the choices available at this point in women’s lives. You can view or buy a copy at my clinics or by mail order from Serpentina Books.
“…this wonderful handbook by Lynne Russell explores the oft neglected subject of the Menopause. In it she covers the physiology of this most important time in a woman’s life, how symptoms can manifest and the options women have to deal with its more challenging symptoms. This handbook is perfect for the practitioner, as it provides a homeopathic and herbal therapeutic, but also clearly discusses the allopathic treatments available. Written clearly, and presented with helpful treatment suggestions, this handbook is as easily accessible for the professional as it is for general womankind.” Louisa Dreisin, Serpentina Books.
